Doctor Gerard Furlong graduated with honours from St Bartholomew’s University Hospital in 1992 and continued to pursue a career being an anaesthetist in several large hospitals in and around the uk.

Outside the world of medicine Ged has many interests which includes travel, wind-surfing and he has taken up the game of golf although as yet he is still looking for the perfect swing.
